Pepper has been servicing Residential and Commercial asset portfolios for Pepper originated loans and third-party assets, starting from 2001 and extending to 2009 respectively.

PSO (Manila) Limited Philippine Branch Office or PSO Manila is part of the Pepper Group, a well-established global credit provider across the UK, Ireland, Europe, Asia, and Australia. 

Our presence in the Philippines commenced in 2013. Initially established to provide Originations support services encompassing data entry and loan packaging, our scope has since expanded to provide diverse captive services for Pepper and other esteemed clients. Recognizing substantial cost savings, we recognized the potential to extend similar benefits to other enterprises, all while upholding the highest standards of quality.

PSO Manila is a shared service facility for the Australian and New Zealand residential and consumer lending operations, employing several hundred staff in the Philippines. PSO Manila started its operations in a small office in Bonifacio Global City (BGC) with close to 40 staff members in the first 3 years of operations. This number grew to 200 in 2019 when we moved to our current office facilities in Uptown, BGC
