Farah joined PSO Manila in March 2018 and has held various roles including Organization Development Manager and Senior Manager for Corporate Services. Based in Manila but working closely with teams in Australia, Farah’s role is to ensure that all employees enjoy their work environment, are supported by leaders and thrives in an environment that is worry-free and flourishing.

With over 15 years of extensive experience across real estate and shared services, Farah's career successes include setting up a full and sustainable business model for the shared services and business process outsourcing operations of multiple Australian companies in the Philippines.
